Returns and Refunds
If you change your mind about the purchase you can return item(s) within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in the original packaging.
You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
If something is wrong with your purchase, or you cannot get the machine to work as expected, please do check our Troubleshooting guide first. If this does not help, please get in touch with us via phone or email, providing some images or short video of the issue, so we can review what is happening and let you know the next steps to resolve.
